“Mr Haider is a senior consultant surgeon in urology with more than 30 years of experience. His expertise includes kidney stones, benign prostate diseases, urinary tract infections and haematuria (blood in urine), scrotal issues, and urological carcinomas.

He graduated in 1984 as a doctor and completed his urology specialist training in 2000 at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford. Mr. Syed is a specialist in kidney stones and offers laser treatment and ESWL shockwave to treat kidney stones. He provides a service for all patients with prostate enlargement, PSA and related prostate problems. He has a fast-track haematuria clinic (blood in the urine). He offers surgical treatment for adult circumcision and scrotal conditions like epididymal cyst, hydrocele and varicocele. He sees all patients with urinary tract infections.
Mr Syed was employed in the NHS for more than 32 years. He retired in 1990 and now works privately at Spire Little Aston Hospital. In 1990, Mr. Syed was awarded his FRCS in Surgery by the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland. In 1993, he completed a one year diploma in urology at University College London’s Institute of Urology. From 1996 to 1998, he completed his MSc in Urology from the Institute of Urology University College London.
Mr Syed recently received feedback from colleagues and patients as part of the 360 degree revalidation, which was conducted by Spire Healthcare in September 2022. Patients who received treatment under my care at Little Aston Hospital gave me excellent feedback.
Mr Syed has clinics on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings. “
