The company describes its core work as soft wash roof cleaning, a low-pressure method it presents as the alternative to pressure washing. Its own cleaner, called No Moss Soss, targets lichen, moss and algae, plus the biofilm behind dark roof streaks. Its website says it uses water-based biodegradable chemicals.
The company says jobs start with a free in-person evaluation. Crews work Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 5 pm. It names Placer County, El Dorado Hills and Sacramento among the places it works.

Settling warranty, plants and insurance with No Moss Softwash
Gutter guard installation, gutter cleaning and drone exterior cleaning for property managers sit alongside the roof work, per its website. The company states a 5-year limited warranty that the roof stays moss-free, plus plant protection policies. Ask how both apply to your roof type and your planting beds before the crew arrives.
If an insurer has cancelled a homeowner policy over moss, the company says it can help with that case. Bring the insurer's notice to the evaluation so the scope matches what the insurer wants fixed.
The company states California contractor licence 1108287 and certification as a SoftWash Systems affiliate in non-pressure exterior cleaning.
Book the free in-person evaluation first, and settle the warranty terms for your roof at that visit.
